EFCC Arrests First Bank Executive Director Over $55m Diezani Madueke's Funds
First Bank of Nigeria's Executive Director,
Public Sector, Dauda Lawal, has been arrested by the Economic and Financial
Crimes Commission over $55m Diezani funds.
According
to a tweet posted by Sahara Reporters on its official social media page, the
Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has today, 10th May, arrested
Dauda Lawal, the executive director, public sector of the First Bank of Nigeria
over the ongoing investigation by the anti-graft agency on the $55million
misappropriated by former Minister of Petroleum, Deziani Allison-Madueke.
